   The best part is that goes in the dishwasher and fits in the dishwasher. Food is cut easily also , and the option of three different sizes is very practical.

   I have used this product one time (to chop one onion and two carrots). It was overall nice to use, though a bit slippery which increases the risk of cutting oneself.What I did notice was that after this initial use and washing, there were visible knife marks on the board. I plan to continue using the board, but am wondering how long before it is too scarred up to use.

   Easy to slice on and clean up is a breeze. Most importantly, no cross contamination.

   I use these now after throwing out the plastic boards. Take careful handling as the edges can get under your fingernails. Easy to clean up and store.
