About this item

  • HIGH-PRECISION DUAL-GAUGE CONTROL: Our CO2 regulator features two gauges—one for monitoring the CO2 tank pressure and two for displaying independent output pressures. This ensures stable gas pressure during carbonation, allowing you to achieve the best flavor whether carbonating two different types of beer or beverages
  • SAFETY FEATURES: Our CO2 regulator for kegerator comes with a pressure relief valve, allowing you to release gas by pulling the valve if the pressure gets too high, ensuring safe usage. Enjoy every sip with peace of mind. With an adjustable working pressure knob and gas shut-off valve, you can easily switch kegs or tanks without any leaks
  • BROAD COMPATIBILITY: Our draft beer CO2 pressure regulator is compatible with all standard CO2 tanks featuring a CGA-320 interface. The barbed fitting on the output side measures 5/16″, accommodating hoses with inner diameters of 1/4″ or 5/16″, as well as 3/8″ quick-connect couplings. This is a very good quality CO2 gas regulator at an amazing price.Even the packaging is good; it came in a good quality box, packaged in die-cut foam, along with four hose clamps. The three pressure gauges are heavy duty and easy to read. The pressure regulators adjust easily. The gauge attached easily to my CO2 tank. Shutoff ball valves worked, and the pressure dump valves worked. I didn’t see any evidence of leaks with the soapy water test. The high pressure gauge reads the same tank pressure as my existing gauge. The low pressure gauges read about a half a psi within one I took off an old beer gas regulator — and since the difference is the same for both gauges on this unit, I’m pretty sure it’s my gauge that’s off, not this one.So overall, this is exactly what you’d expect in a good regulator. But it’s easily half the price or better of anything comparable out there. Micromatic’s is at least twice as expensive. Some run 2.5x as much. My local homebrew store quoted me 3x the price. And the only double regulator I found elsewhere even comparable in price looked a lot flimsier (in particular, those cheap pressure gauges that break if you bump into them).I got and tested the double regulator because my kegerator (keezer, technically) usually has both beer, which I run at11psi, and cider, which I run at 13psi because I like it extra prickly. The company also makes a single regulator, which is also a bargain, but if you’re finicky like me, get the dually for your rig.

We’ve been brewing our own beers for several years now, and have a kegerator that holds the two 5-gallon kegs and acts as a fridge and dispenser, with two tap handles. Until now, we’ve used a single regulator that tees off to each of the kegs. This dual gauge regulator is a much better solution – it will allow us to maintain different pressures for each of the kegs. This is especially important right after you introduce the CO2 to a new brew, since that pressure needs to be higher for a week or so, and then you turn it down when you’re ready to serve. It’s also helpful if one of the kegs is empty, so you can turn that regular completely off to avoid any CO2 leaking, which is common for an empty keg. The regulator seems to be very well crafted and high quality – I think it will last a long time. Cheers!
