   I ordered this for my husband for father’s day. When it arrived, it was just as shown in the picture. It’s a nice size. I couldn’t wait to give to my husband. When the kids gave it to him on father’s day, he was really happy with it!The customer service for the company was awesome. When the mug arrived, I didn’t notice that the lid was cracked. I contacted them right as soon as I gave the present to my husband which was a couple weeks after I had received it. They emailed me right away and they sent me 2 replacement lids. I am so happy my husband gets to use the mug at work with our “wildlings” names on it. It’s beautiful made. I recommend this as a gift for anyone.

   It came earlier than expected, in a well protected package. I love it. I think is a beautiful present for Father’s day. Good material, good product. Just take in account that the slider lid does not exist for the skinny tumbler. They quickly refund me the difference. I was afraid of buying it because they didn’t have a review but I think is because is a new product. I am so please with this product.

   My boss just recently got into Game of Thrones (a little delayed, I know!) and he is super hard to shop for considering he has everything. Eventhough he has plenty thermoses as well, he absolutely loved it! I see him use it every other day, if not everyday.Shipping was faster than the expected arrival date and the engraving came out beautifully as well as precise. It was packaged nicely and the actual thermos itself is of great quality. When I first opened the package I was a little nervous because it seemed as if it was discolored. I contacted the seller who responded RIGHT AWAY. It turned out all it needed was some extra soap, water and a little scrub (I only rinsed it out the day prior not scrubbed it) then it was gone. The seller responded to every message and was really polite about it. I would definitely recommend this item!!

   Quality cup with great engraved design. Keeps coffee hot well. It is durable so far. The only negative is that it is hand-wash only, but that wasn’t a big deal for me.
