I’m replacing all my plastic cutting boards, and these are the perfect sizes for a new collection. For those with any concerns about splinters, I did a light sanding with 120 grit paper and they are fine. I also used butcher block oil on them after sanding and cleaning.

Overall, these boards are great for general cutting. Good size, solid build, and they hold up well with regular use. Most foods are easy to work with on them, and they clean up nicely.The only downside is with chicken—raw chicken tends to stick to the surface and can be a pain to clean off completely. It can get a little gross if you’re not super careful. Other than that, they work really well for everything else. Solid choice if you’re mostly cutting fruits, veggies, or bread.
