Easy and fun way to make Rootbeer with the kids. Used recycled and sanitized sparkling water bottles. Filled them 2/3 full. Squeezed the air out until the liquid was in the neck and capped them off. Fermentation carbonated the root beer in 24 hours. Make sure the temperature is below 78°F or it could overpressurize and explode. Refrigerate after the 24 hours to stope the fermentation.
