These bags work great for filtering at the end of sparging prior to the boil and at the end of cooling the wort down, pour into the primary. Get a couple though, they will clog and you won’t have time to clean it during the pour.

long time Amazon buyer but this is my first review.About a year ago I read the book “Beer Craft” after hearing the author on NPR. The book gives info on brewing beer 1 gallon at a time. I finally decided to do it, this product is made for the books techniques. I will soon move up to 2 gallon batches in my condo I think these bags will still work great.The elastic band at the top of the bag fit nicely on both my two and 3 gallon stock pots for mashing and Sparging my grain.
