I love custom barware and this is fun. I was really shocked at how much beer they hold, it’s 24 oz! Enormous. Once you’re holding one full of beer you’ll see what I mean. Almost a comical amount of beer for a smallish glass. But well designed and I like them.

I own 50 different beer glasses and I can honestly say this may be the best shape for many different styles (aside from the tulip), especially if you’re limited to a few glasses..Large capacity and focused lip are of course great for wheat/wit/hefeweizens, but I think its bulbous enough to be a good alternative to a snifter for imperial stouts, barleywines, DIPAs, and Belgian styles.However, the IPA Spieglau glass maybe better at focusing hop aromas, albeit when at half capacity.This glass can take a standard 12oz bottle pour and still have enough room to swirl and smell, while the IPA glass gets filled almost completely.Nice silica quartz glass, clear, and free of any blue/greenish tint. Thin-ness is just right.

Excellent for wheat beer and reduces foam significantly! Like many have noted, the glass is high in quality but fragile. I have 2 sets (8 total – 1 dropped =7) and just handwash them so they have lasted over a year with everyday use. If you are bothered by handwashing glasses move on to something else.
