UPDATE…following my review, customer service reached out to me and apologized that I was unhappy and offered a full refund. They advised the material is natural and can only be cleaned with gentle/natural cleaners. I appreciate this excellent Customer Service and wanted to update my previous review.This item looked beautiful when it arrived, however after 3 months color has faded to white at one corner, making the board unpresentable. Unable to get in contact with customer service and return window closed.

I’m having my kitchen remodeled hopefully very soon. I thought I would get a few pieces of marble accents. This cutting board was perfect. It’s very pretty and looks like it will last a long time, unless of course I drop it on the floor. I would recommend.
